e.g we recommend dosing 18-19g of ground coffee into the portafilter and extracting 39-42g of coffee into the cup.


Ideal extraction time:
29-33 seconds.
Espresso boiler temperature recommendation: 95 degrees Celsius.


We recommend a single shot of espresso in an 8oz cup and a standard double shot in a 12oz cup. For a richer coffee, we recommend a double shot served in a 8oz cup.
